The Following Terms And Condition May Be Applied In Terms Of Return, Refund And Cancellation Policy.
1. Refund Policy In Terms Of Medicine Or Health Product
- Product Delivered Do Not Match Your Product.
- Product Delivered Are Past Or Near To Its Expire Date ( Expiry Date Of Less Than ( 3 ) Month Shall Be Considered.
- Product Delivered Were Damaged In Transit.
- Do Not Accept Any Product Which Has A Tempered Seal.
- If The Items Has Been Opened,Partially Used Or Disfigured The User Is Strongly Advised To Check The Package Carefully At The Time Of Acceptance Of Product From The Delivery Agent If The Product Dose Nor Have Serial Number / Upc Number / Bar Code Or Batch Number Affixed Which Was Present At The Time Of Of The Delivery Agent.
- If It Mentioned On The Product Details Page That The Product Returns About.
- Any Product Supplied With The Product Are Missing.
- The Product Is Original Packing .
- If The Product Is Damaged Due To Misuse.
- If The Any Damage Or Defected Which Is Not Covered Under The Manufacturer Warranty.
- Product Related To Personal Care,Babycare,Food And Nutrition,Ayurvedic,Health Device,Sexual Product,Health Drink.
- The Customer Can Cancel The Order For The Product Till Health Grass Ship It Order Once Shipped Can Not Be Cancelled.
- Health Grass Team Will Verify The Claim Made By The Customer Within ( 7 ) Business Days From The Time Of Received A Complaint.
- Once The Clam Is Verify As Genuine And Reasonable Health Grass Will Collection Of Product To Be Returns Refund Will Be Completed Within ( 30 ) Days From The Date Of Reverse Pickup.
- There May Be Certain Oder Health Grass Partner's Are Unable To Accept And These May Be To Be Cancelled Some Situation That May Result In Your Order Been Cancelled Include Non Ability And Other Any Some Condition With Or Our Partner Health Grass.

- Bulk Quantity Of The Same Product Ordered.
- Multiple Order Placed For The Same Product At The Same Address.
- Invalid Address Given In Order Details.
- Any Malpractice Used To Placed The Order.
- Shipping Charges Are Calculated As Per The Value Of The Product Can Be Viewed In The Cart Section Are The Time Of Check Out.
- The Refund Amount Will Be Sent To The Respected Debit Card /Credit Card / Wallet Or Account From The Paymet Was Made And The Amount Will Not Be Refundable Any Other Mode.
- Order Placed Through Case And Delivery Will Be Refunded To Front Transfer To Customer Bank Account
Refund Policy In Terms Of Lab Test
- The Health Package And Any Particular Lab Test Is Valid For The 7 Days From The Time And Date Of Invoice Generation. After 7 Days The Customer Shall Not Be Entitled To Claim For Service.
- Cancellation Shall Be Acceptable Only If The Customer Informs Within 72 Hours From The Time Of Booking 5% Cancellation Charge Will Be Applicable On The Total Amount Of The Invoice.
- The Customer Can Contact Through The Email Id, Phone,@ Support Health Grass In Case Of Refund And Cancelliton.
- The Refund Amount Will Be Sent To The Respective Debit Card /Credit Card / Wallet Or Account From When The Payment Was Made And The Amount Will Not Be Refundable In Any Other Mode.
- Order Placed Through Case And Delivery Will Be Refunded From Transfer To Customer Bank Account.
- Once You Have Been Booked Any Health Package Or Test And Blood Sample Has Been Collected No Amount Will Be Refundable.
- Any Time The Transaction And Before The Phlebo Visit To The Patient's Home 0 Cancellation Charge.
- Phlebo Visits The Patient Premises But The Booking Is Cancelled And The Sample Is Not Picked At 100 Rupees Cancellation Charge.
- After The Sample Is Picked Up 100% Charge (No Refund ).
- In Case A Request For Refund Is Reached The Company Amount Paid Will Be Credited Into The Patient Account/ Card For A Maximum Of 15 Days, From Date Of Cancellation.
- No Refund Will Be Given After 30 Days From The Date The Preferred Slot Has Been Booked By Patients.
- Cancellation Received After The Stated Deadline Will Not Be Eligible For Refund.
- Refund Requests Must Include The Name Of The Customer And Transaction Number.
- If The Total Value Of All The Test Or Package Equals Or More Then 1000 Rupees Then There Will Be No Home Collection Charged.
- The Service Is Non-Transferable; Only The Person On Whose Name The E- Health Package Is Required At The Time Of Booking Will Be Eligible To Avail The Service At The Labour Through Home Collection.
- In Case A Booking Is Made Before 4 Pm On A Business Day The Company Shall Endeavour To Give A Confirmation Call To The Customer On The Same Day And If It Is Received After 4 Pm The Company Shall Endeavour To Give Confirmation Call To The Customer The Next Business Day.
- The Customer Can Cancel The Order For Medical Test Till The Collection Of Sample
Refund And Cancellation Policy In Terms Of Online Consultation
- If The Cancellation Is Due To The Abusive Or The Threatening Nature Of The User Such User Shall Not Be Eligible For Any Refund.
- Health Grass Shall Be Entitled To Take Any Legal Action.
- Incase A Practitioner Does Not Respond By Consultation Within 10 Minutes From The Time Of Starting A Consultation Appointment/ Or Does Not Respond More Than 15 Minutes During An Active Consultation.
- The User Shall Have The Right To Request For A Refund With Respect To The Such Constitution.
- Incase Practitioner Does Not Provide A Prescription For Your Particular Consultation Then The User Shall Have The Right To Request For A Refund With Respect To Such Consultation.
- In Case Practitioner Is Unreasonable Abrupt Or Quick To Complete A Particular Consultation Then The User Shall Right To Request For You Refund.
- Health Grass Shall Provide A Complete Refund To The User.
- Users Are Allowed A Period Of 3 Days To Flag Any Consultation As Inadequate No Refund Shall Be Considered Thereafter.
- Users Can Request A Refund By Contacting Health Grass Online Chat Support In Case Of Online Consultation The Users Has Been Booked And The Consultation Does Not Complete.
- The Customer Shall Be Eligible For A Refund.
- The User Can Cancel The Booked/ Appointment Before The Time Of Consultation.
- In All Matters Related To Refund And Settlement Under The Agreement Health Grass Shall Decide So At Its Sole And Absolute Discretion After Detail Review Of The Matter And Taking Into Account All The Involved Parties Information The Decision Of Health Grass Shall Be Final In This Regard.
